The team accepts general reader enquiries, research source suggestions, factual corrections (with citation provided), contributor applications from qualified nutrition or exercise science professionals, and media enquiries. All correspondence is reviewed by the editorial team and acknowledged within two business days.

Factual corrections submitted via the contact form are reviewed against the cited source by at least two members of the editorial team. Where a correction is verified, the relevant article is updated with a visible amendment note including the revision date, the corrected content, and acknowledgement of the submitting party where requested.

Contributor applications are accepted from individuals with documented backgrounds in exercise science, nutritional science, or behavioural research methodology. Applications should include a brief professional background summary and two example pieces (published or unpublished) demonstrating familiarity with primary research citation and non-promotional writing. Select "Contributor Application" in the subject field.

Sponsored content is not integrated into the editorial archive. The journal does not accept brand partnerships that involve placement within editorial content. Clearly labelled advertorial arrangements are considered separately and do not appear under programme content headings. Commercial independence within the editorial content is a non-negotiable structural principle.

The current publication is in English. A Bahasa Indonesia content stream is under consideration for a future volume and will be announced on the journal homepage when confirmed. All reader correspondence in Bahasa Indonesia is welcomed and will be responded to by a bilingual team member.
